Plastic Products (Sth. Aust.) commenced business over 60 years ago manufacturing Acrylic tables.
In the 1960's the Company purchased compression moulding machines and began producing cookware handles and knobs from Phenolic moulding compounds.
In the 1970's compression technology was superseded by injection moulding and the Company began injection moulding thermosetting materials. In the next decade Plastic Products (Sth. Aust.) moved into the manufacture of thermoplastics.
Today, Plastic Products (Sth. Aust.) manufactures a range of injection moulded thermoplastic and thermoset components.
The late 1990’s saw the beginning of several strong affiliations with reputable Chinese toolmakers and moulders.
Plastic Products (Sth. Aust.) operates under a certified quality system to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
